Data Protection Notice (KVKK / GDPR)
Which personal data we process, why, for how long, and your rights under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR.
Data controller
This notice is issued by Konsept Yazılım as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact details are on our contact page.
What we process
When you submit a form on this site we process:
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, company name
- Request content: your message, selected services, budget range and uploaded files
- Technical data: masked IP address, browser information, landing page, referrer and campaign parameters
Your IP address is stored masked: the last segment is zeroed and the full address is never written to disk.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to evaluate your request, respond to you and conduct pre-contract discussions. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Marketing messages are sent only with your separate, explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for 24 months by default, after which identity and contact fields are anonymised.
Transfers
Data is shared only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, email delivery) and where the law permits. No third-party advertising trackers run without your consent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and object to processing. Send requests via the contact page.

When this notice changes, the page's updated date changes. The version you accepted is stored with your submission.
