How we work
- Ownership: you own a feature from design to release; decisions are made as close to the work as possible.
- Code review: every change is reviewed by at least one teammate — as a way to learn together, not as policing.
- Sustainable pace: two-week cycles. Overtime is a planning failure, not heroism.
- Written culture: decisions and their reasoning are written down, so "why did we do this?" has an answer six months later.
- Remote and flexible: most work is remote; we meet for client workshops and team gatherings.
Our stack
.NET on the backend, SQL Server and PostgreSQL for data, React and server-side rendering on the web, Flutter on mobile — plus AI integrations, cloud infrastructure and test automation.
Who we're looking for
- Developers (backend, frontend, mobile) who care about clean, readable, testable code
- UI/UX designers who put users first and can build design systems
- QA engineers interested in test automation
- Project and product managers who bridge engineering and clients
