Pricing

How we price software projects, which engagement model fits you, and what drives the cost — explained transparently.

What drives the price of software

"How much does a website cost?" is like "how much does a house cost?" — it depends on size, location and materials. In software, the main cost drivers are:

  • Scope: number of screens, user roles and complexity of business rules
  • Integrations: how many external systems and how mature their APIs are
  • Platforms: web only, or web plus mobile
  • Quality requirements: high traffic, high availability, security and compliance
  • Timeline: a tight deadline may require a larger team

That is why we share a written price after clarifying scope with you — not before the first call. Discovery is free.

Engagement models

1. Fixed-price project

Best for: well-defined scope with little expected change — a corporate website, a specific module or integration.

Scope, milestones and total price are written in the contract. Payments are tied to milestones: you pay for a milestone after you have seen its output. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

2. Dedicated monthly team

Best for: evolving products, SaaS and startups, enterprise projects with shifting priorities.

A team shaped to your needs (developers, designer, QA, project management) works on your product for a fixed monthly fee. Priorities are set together every two weeks. Highest flexibility, most predictable unit cost.

3. Support and maintenance plans

Best for: live software — built by us or taken over.

Plans with defined response times (SLA), monthly development hours, security updates and monitoring. See software support.

4. Discovery and proof of concept

Best for: high-uncertainty projects, AI initiatives and pre-investment validation.

A fixed-fee 2-4 week engagement clarifies scope, risks and cost, and can produce a working prototype. Most of our AI solutions start here.

Every proposal includes

  • Written scope and explicit exclusions
  • Milestones and an estimated timeline
  • Proposed technologies and hosting
  • Transfer of source code ownership

What if the project goes over budget?
