Enterprise Software
ERP, CRM, workflow and reporting systems shaped around how your company actually operates.
What enterprise software solves
As a company grows, information scatters: sales live in a spreadsheet, production in another system, finance in the accounting package and approvals in email threads. Enterprise software brings all of it into a single source of truth. Everyone looks at the same data, and processes depend on the system — not on who happens to be in the office.
What we build
- ERP modules: purchasing, inventory, production planning, shipping and costing
- CRM: lead management, quoting, sales pipeline and customer history
- Workflow and approvals: leave, expenses, purchase requests, contract sign-off
- Document management: versioning, permission-based access, archive and search
- Dashboards and reporting: real-time KPIs and scheduled reports
- HR and field operations: shifts, timesheets, task assignment and field forms
Off-the-shelf or custom?
Packaged ERPs are a good start for standard processes. The trouble starts where the processes that make you different do not fit the package. We assess both paths honestly. Often the best answer is to keep your existing package, build the missing part as custom software and connect the two through system integration.
Engineering for the enterprise
Authorisation and audit trail
Role- and record-level permissions, a full audit log of who changed what and when, and single sign-on with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID are standard building blocks.
Data integrity
Well-modelled relational data on SQL Server, transactional safety and a tested backup plan keep business data safe.
Longevity
Enterprise systems live for a decade or more. Long-term-support .NET releases, readable code and up-to-date documentation are requirements, not nice-to-haves.
Rollout and change management
Software creates value only when people use it. Training, phased migration and data import from legacy systems are part of the project. After go-live, we grow the system with you under software support.
Our Process
-
Process Analysis
Department interviews map current processes and bottlenecks.
-
Solution Design
Modules, data model, permissions and integrations are designed.
-
Phased Delivery
The highest-value module ships first; others follow in priority order.
-
Migration & Training
Data migration, user training and a parallel-run period are planned.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to replace our current ERP?
No. In most projects the existing ERP stays; missing processes are built as custom modules and connected through integration.
Can users sign in with Active Directory?
Yes. Single sign-on with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace is supported.
Can you migrate our legacy data?
Yes. Migration is planned as its own work item with trial runs validated together with your team.
How long until the first module goes live?
Usually two to three months. Further modules are added in phases by priority.
